A few things you may be wondering

Questions, welcome.

Making space for yourself is a personal decision. Here are a few starting points.

How do I know if I’m ready for a retreat?

You don’t need to have everything figured out before beginning.

Sometimes you simply know that something in your life needs more attention.

Our short questionnaire can help you reflect on what brings you here and whether a private retreat might be worth exploring.

What if I’m not sure what I want to focus on?

That’s completely okay.

Some guests arrive with a very specific question or challenge. Others are still discovering what they need.

Part of the process is helping you explore what’s happening and identify where you’d like to focus your time.

Do I need prior coaching or retreat experience?

No prior experience is needed. Your retreat is shaped around where you are, not a standard program you need to prepare for.

Can I talk with Quiana and William before committing?

Absolutely.

An introductory conversation gives you an opportunity to ask questions, share what brings you here, and explore whether the experience would be a good fit.

Calls are scheduled through Quiana’s calendar, with William joining when available.

How much does a retreat cost?

Each retreat is personalized, so pricing depends on the duration, guided sessions, and services included.

You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the experience and total investment before making a commitment.

Where do I stay?

For retreats on the Mendocino Coast, guests arrange their own lodging nearby. Mendocino Grove and Mendocino Cove are recommended options, not confirmed partners. Accommodations are not included at Raven’s Landing.

Is this therapy?

The retreat is a personalized space for reflection, guidance, and integration. It is not presented as therapy or a substitute for mental health care. Discuss your needs with the facilitators before deciding whether it is appropriate for you.

What happens after the retreat?

Integration is part of the experience. Your facilitators help you consider how to bring your insights and intentions into everyday life, with support before, during, and after your retreat.

How do I get started?

You can begin with our short readiness questionnaire or schedule an introductory conversation.

Either is a good place to start.
