Why Two Guides?

The Dedicated Attention of Two Experienced Facilitators

A Guided Personal Retreat offers the dedicated attention of two experienced facilitators who know how to work together.

William brings creative thinking, executive coaching, communication, and practical problem-solving. Quiana brings intuitive awareness, sensitivity to underlying patterns, and broad experience guiding personal growth.

Together, they listen, ask questions, challenge assumptions, and respond to what emerges. There's no fixed formula and no crowded schedule. Your retreat is designed around what matters most to you.

Their work can be challenging and tender, intuitive and practical, with room for humor, creativity, quiet reflection, and simply being human.

Nourishing doesn't always mean comfortable.

Sometimes it means having an honest conversation, seeing something from an unfamiliar perspective, or feeling supported enough to make a different choice.

Quiana and William are also partners in life. Their years together have deepened their understanding of communication, relationships, personal responsibility, and what it takes to keep growing.

They bring that lived experience to their work, along with genuine respect for each person's circumstances, values, and direction.

Their intention isn't to tell you who you should become. It's to help you give your own life, questions, and possibilities the attention they deserve.

Let's Begin With a Conversation

You Don't Need to Know Exactly What You Want to Work On

An introductory conversation is an opportunity to meet Quiana and William, ask questions, and explore whether a private, guided retreat is the right fit.

Their retreats may take place at Raven's Landing on the Mendocino Coast or at another location by arrangement.
