The retreat experience

A Retreat Designed Around You.

Every Guided Personal Retreat begins with a conversation. What's happening in your life? What feels unresolved? What would you like to understand, change, or move forward?

You may be navigating a major transition, facing a difficult decision, recognizing a familiar pattern, or simply feeling that something important needs your attention.

Quiana and William bring decades of experience and complementary strengths to this work. Quiana offers intuitive insight, an ability to recognize underlying patterns, and a deep understanding of personal growth. William brings extensive experience in coaching, creative thinking, and helping people turn insight into meaningful action.

Together, they create a guided experience that responds to you. Through thoughtful conversations, honest perspectives, reflection, and practices chosen for your particular needs, they help you explore what may be keeping you stuck and what new possibilities might be available.

There's a thoughtful structure, but no rigid agenda. Time for meaningful work, time to reflect, and room for whatever emerges.

This is your time, with two experienced guides fully focused on you.

Location

A Setting That Supports Your Experience

Your retreat may take place at Raven’s Landing on the beautiful Mendocino Coast or at another location we agree on together.

Whether surrounded by redwoods, overlooking the ocean, or gathering in a setting you’ve personally chosen, the intention is the same: to step away from everyday distractions and give something important your full attention.

Location, travel, accommodations, and other arrangements are discussed as part of your personalized retreat planning process.

Every corner invites a different kind of reflection.

Possible experiences

The Experience Unfolds Around You

No two retreats are alike.

Quiana and William draw from decades of experience and complementary perspectives to meet each person where they are. Rather than following a predetermined program, they respond to what emerges, bringing thoughtful guidance, honest reflection, creativity, and support to the process.

Depending on your needs and the agreed retreat plan, the experience may include:

  • Private coaching and facilitated conversations
  • Guided labyrinth walks
  • Reflective journaling and contemplation
  • Mindful movement and embodied practices
  • Energy-based sessions
  • Constellation or pattern-exploration work, when appropriate
  • Guided time in nature
  • Creative problem-solving and visioning
  • Quiet reflection and integration

Possible additions such as massage, sauna, hot tub, or additional bodywork may be discussed. They are not automatically available or included and require confirmation.

Your retreat is thoughtfully customized. The activities included will depend on your intentions, preferences, and the agreed retreat design.

Their approach

Nourishing & Evocative Transformation

Meaningful change sometimes begins with an honest conversation, a question that challenges your thinking, or the willingness to try something different.

Quiana and William create a welcoming environment where there’s room for curiosity, courage, creativity, and honest reflection.

Their work can be gentle or challenging, intuitive or practical. And there’s always room for laughter.
